Uttar Pradesh's Grand Showcase: Getting Ready for the London Tourism Expo
The Yogi government in Uttar Pradesh is getting ready to showcase our state as an amazing tourist destination at a big event in London. Here's what they're planning:
Setting Up a Pavilion: The Tourism Department of Uttar Pradesh will create a special area at a tourism event in London, which will happen from November 6 to 9. This special area will be like a booth where they can tell people in London about our wonderful state.
Getting Help: They are also going to get some outside help. They're going to hire a company to make sure this booth runs smoothly. This company will be in charge of making everything work well.
Choosing the Right Company: To find the best company for this job, they started a process where different companies can apply. They put this process online on October 17, and companies who want to help can apply until October 26.
What's in the Booth: In this special booth, they are going to show off brochures and booklets with information about all the cool places in our state that people might want to visit. They will focus on our natural beauty, history, and spirituality.
Showing Progress: They will also use this booth to tell people about the good things that have happened in our state since Yogi became the Chief Minister. This includes improvements in industry, the economy, law and order, good governance, our standard of living, better infrastructure, and making it easier to do business.
Getting Ready for the Expo: They are inviting companies to apply online to help set up this booth. There's a fee of Rs 5,000 and 18% GST to apply, and companies also need to deposit Rs 2 lakh as a guarantee that they will do the job well.
Following Rules: All the steps for getting ready for this booth will follow the rules of the Tourism Department and the government of Uttar Pradesh.
Lots to Do: The company they choose will have to take care of many things in the booth. This includes setting up a special lounge for very important guests, having coffee machines, big screens for showing things, glass displays, meeting tables, lights, carpets, and even where people will sit.
The Yogi government is all set to show off our state's beauty and progress at the Tourism Expo in London, and they're making sure everything is in place for this big event.
